Depends on the model, specs and condition. We're a recycler — we pay real money, but not top dollar. A working recent MacBook or iPad pays the most. Older gear pays less. You'll get a written offer before anything moves.

Because we're a recycling and refurbishing business, not a used-Mac reseller. Our margin has to cover pickup, wiping, refurb and the stuff we can't resell. What we pay is honest for that model — and it beats the $0 most e-waste places give you.

Same day. Cash on pickup or drop-off, or e-transfer once we've confirmed the device matches what you described.

Yes. If a laptop, iPad or phone is truly beyond saving — no working parts, badly damaged, or something we can't move — we may decline it. We'll tell you before we take anything so nothing gets sprung on you.

Every drive gets fully wiped — your photos, files, saved passwords and accounts are overwritten before the device goes anywhere, so the old data is left permanently unreadable. Not a factory reset, an actual overwrite.

Yes, on request — but only for drives that aren't soldered to the motherboard (most modern iPads, iPhones and newer laptops have soldered storage, so a wipe is the only option). Destruction reduces the cash offer on that device because we can't reuse the drive. We'll quote both numbers.

Nope. We handle it. If you want to sign out of iCloud or Google beforehand, that's helpful — but not required.

Still take a look — worst case we recycle it. The drive still gets wiped (or pulled and destroyed) either way, so your data is handled.

10 or more laptops, computers or phones, or a bulk load — free pickup anywhere in Victoria and the CRD. Fewer than 10 — drop-off by appointment. We run out of a home workshop, not a store, so reserve a drop-off time by email or phone before you come.

Nope. As long as we can access the gear and connect on payment (cash on the spot, or e-transfer right after), you don't need to be around.

Laptops, desktop computers, iPads / tablets, and phones. Working ones pay the most. Older or damaged gear still gets an offer if we can use the parts — we'll pass on things that are truly done.

Yes — a lot more. Anything with a dedicated graphics card (RTX or GTX gaming laptops, custom desktops, prebuilts, even loose GPUs) is our highest payout. Send us the GPU, CPU and RAM and we'll price it.

TVs, monitors, printers, cables, peripherals, appliances, or loose batteries. If it's not one of the four device categories, we're not the right place.
